In 2021, Publicis Groupe UK rolled out a menopause policy and training across all its agencies to raise awareness of its impact on women’s physical and mental health, and provide support to those experiencing menopause. To mark International Women’s Day 2022 and to breakthebias around menopause, a cross-agency team led by Prodigious and VivaWomen! have created a film shining a light on the diverse, lived experiences of people going through menopause.
